The service was. Great!! Received a quote on an oil change, it was for $187, should have been $89, I had tire rotation which was to be free because I purchased my tires there, I told service that, I got home and see I got charged for tire rotation? Now I am in the process of trying to get that corrected, first time I have had an experience like this at Don Johnson.

Upon arrival my vehicle was taken in and they began the work. I was kept informed by Mathias about the progress and when it was completed. I am satisfied with Don Johnson of Ladysmith and will continue to take my vehicle to them

Service was explained to me. Tara at the service counter showed me the air filters and explained the situation with them. She also explained the results of my oil change and general check of my Denali. Waiting room was very clean, organized. Coffee and soda were readily available and much appreciated! Overall, a wonderful experience!!

Good service very thorough

My service advisor, Mathias, kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle. The service was friendly, efficient, and accurate.

The actual service was fine. The automated AI service center that answered to make the appointment was terrible. Let me say it again it was terrible. It could not understand anything I said and was very confused which made me have to talk to customer service which is what people prefer anyway.
