Went to get my oil changed and tires rotated, and as I arrived I seen I needed a couple other things fixed. They went above and beyond what they had to do to fix the extra things I needed done and when it was all complete I went to pay for the extra work and they told me no charge. Plus they got it done in a very short time. Thank you service department for excellent work.

Everything about my oil change and tire rotation was explained clearly. The technician Tara, came to the waiting room and showed me my cabin filter and another filter and asked if I would want either replaced. Also, she told me the price beforehand. Tara also explained everything that was checked on my vehicle. Very pleasant experience!!

I made two appointments online and received confirmations for both, but when I arrived they had not come across at the dealership. However, Tara was efficient and helpful and took care of the two services I needed. She kept in touch with me on what my Acadia needed and what it would cost before proceeding with the work. Then she called me when everything was finished. Overall, I was very satisfied and happy to have found a new place I can trust to service our vehicles.

The tech done the video before the work was done and said that everything looked good, but how can that be when the grease zerks were not even greased yet and the oil and filter wasn’t changed yet. And the tech didn’t even put a next oil change tag in the window for my next oil change.

We had a very good, quick experience at Don Johnson-Ladysmith. Rory and Shawn were very helpful and made the process very easy. It was discovered after the paperwork was completed that the price on the website had changed for the car, when I showed Shawn the price that I saw ($2000 less) on the website, he didn't hesitate to give us the price I showed him, I appreciated him taking the customer's word. The whole process went quickly as Rory had the car up front and ready for us to view after I called him that morning to set up an appointment. He made sure I was comfortable with the options of the car before we left. We would buy again from Don Johnson-Ladysmith!

Great experience from start to finish. Mike’s high info/low pressure salesmanship, Rob’s friendly trade-in negotiation, and Shawn’s efficient closing made the process enjoyable and even fun (which is what it should be, but usually isn’t.) We live in Eau Claire full time and looked at cars there as well, but this dealership was better in every regard and we would come back again any time we’re in the market for a new car.

Unsure why but prior to last visit I had 1 Tom's out then after oil change all were out so this o change i had to replace all 4 at a very expensive cost

I told the sales rep was I was looking for, how much my budget was, and minimum of what I needed. Always helps to know the perrsonel your dealing with. Staff let me look at vehicles and were not pushy. Didn't try to talk me into something I couldn't handle.

Brian and the service team are amazing and work with you for scheduling and service programs. Brian always asks if you want to do extra services. I've had some experiences when the "other" shops have done work that I've never approved. Will highly recommend Brian and his team
